What inspires you?

Posted in Uncategorized on April 29, 2009 by lienaferror

Do you get your ideas for your stories from a movie? A documentary? Someone got me thinking about what inspired the two novels that I completed.

The first was my stint as a jewelry salesperson and a map. Yes, a salesperson and a map. The second was inspired by a painting. A painting by Luis Royo. Three completely different things inspired two stories. The gems and maps were my first novel, a suspense. The picture inspired my paranormal due out in November.

So tell me, what inspires you to write your stories, create your characters?

Thanks to all.

First rounds are done

Posted in Uncategorized on April 5, 2009 by lienaferror

First round edits on my end are done. I will await the second round of edits. The experience taught me a lot and I am thankful to my editor for that. She is wonderful and infinitely patient.

I heard from my son. He is doing well out in Great Lakes, IL with his Naval training. Still definitely proud of him.

Been working on the Queen

Posted in Uncategorized on April 2, 2009 by lienaferror

I’ve been working on first round edits on Queen of the Ghost Drakon. I have enjoyed the whole process thus far. The edits are a slow go but will be worth it in the end.

The story will be out on November 20th, 2009 or thereabouts from Eirelander Publishing.

Other than that, I am missing my son who is in Chicago at the Naval basic training facility. I am proud of him for serving our country.

More later,
